The Air Force Association is pleased to announce the recipients of its 2008 national Educator Grants. The Educator Grant program is designed to promote aerospace education activities in classrooms from kindergarten through twelfth grades. Funds may be used for any aerospace education related activity from purchasing textbooks or videotapes, to going on a field trip to an aerospace museum, Air Force base or other aerospace facility. The program encourages development of innovative aerospace activities within the prescribed curriculum. The program also encourages establishing an active relationship between the school and the local Air Force Association organization.
